This draft must be updated to match the production hosting, analytics, payment, email, retention, and legal requirements actually used by Employatech.
Information we collect
Technician accounts may provide contact details, business information, trade experience, service areas, profile images, credentials, and billing-related identifiers. Customers may provide contact information, project location, requested trades, project descriptions, timing preferences, project photos, service-request details, reviews, and profile reports.
How information is used
Information is used to operate project matching, identify professionals who may serve a project area, display technician profiles when appropriate, deliver customer requests, review credentials, moderate marketplace content, manage memberships, protect the service, and communicate with users.
Project and profile information
Technician profile information may be shown to customers as part of matching or through a direct profile link. Customer project information, including uploaded photos, may be used by Employatech to evaluate matches. Project and contact information may be shared with professionals when needed to facilitate a requested connection. Credential evidence uploaded specifically for Employatech review is not intended for public display.
Analytics and marketing attribution
Employatech may use Google Analytics when configured to understand aggregate website usage, including pages visited, referral and campaign source, device/browser information, and approximate geographic region. When a visitor arrives through a campaign link, Employatech may also retain UTM campaign values with a submitted project request or technician account so we can understand which outreach led to that conversion. This marketing attribution does not record a visitor's precise street location.
Service providers
Production deployments may use providers for hosting, databases, email, payments, security, monitoring, and analytics. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
Payments
When Stripe billing is enabled, payment information is processed by Stripe. Employatech stores billing identifiers and subscription status rather than raw card numbers.
Security and retention
Employatech uses technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods should be finalized before launch.
Your choices
Technicians can hide their public profile, update profile information, and manage billing through their account. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on location and applicable law.
